Service Level Agreements

If you are developing or deploying applications within your law firm (undoubtedly if you work in Applications Development within IT you must be involved in one of these activities) it is a strong practice to develop service level agreements on your applications with your clients. Having these discussions will help you and your client understand what is important to the business in terms of performance, features and reliability/availability. More details on Service Level Agreements can be found in the recent article posted on CIO.com, which is available by clicking here.
